Roof Doctors are the absolutely best company I’ve ever encountered for, not only home shingle replacement, but exterior painting, gutter replacement, metal barn roof replacement, deck staining, etc. Lanie is incredible to work with. Her integrity and honesty is above reproach. Even with a couple of weather delays, the massive amount of work done at our home was completed in half the time I expected. Cleanup was phenomenal and no damage occurred to flower beds, etc. Her expertise in guiding us through the insurance process relieved a mountain of stress. Excellence in all aspects!

Lanie’s team originally repaired an area that the wind blew shingles off of and then the hail storm hit! I then needed a full roof replacement. I loved working with all of her team. They did the work, cleaned up the mess, and were so polite to deal with. Lanie followed up on EVERY single thing there was to be done, including communications with the adjuster and the electrician. When so many contractors don’t even return phone calls, this was like a breath of fresh air. I certainly would recommend doing business with Roof Doctors!!

We had not replaced our roof since the house was built in 1998 it was in need of replacement badly. I was not sure of the process at all. I contacted Lanie with Roof Doctors of DFW and she walked me through the whole process and met with myself and my husband that evening. Our insurance adjuster was out the very next day and our roof was replaced within a week of me contacting Lanie and I might add it was replaced in one day, and we have a big roof. Roof Doctors of DFW are amazing! Back in October of 2019, Dallas suffered tremendous lost and hardship from the tornado. Our home sustained significant damage in particularly to our roof.

I suffered major roof and gutter damage during the Dallas, Texas tornado in 2019 and Lanie arrived at my house first thing the next morning and jumped into gear assessing damage, assisting with clean up and arranging for tree removal, etc.
When issues arose with my insurance company, she helped me navigate to a successful outcome where the insurer increased its payout by almost double.
